Booked flowers the day of a birthday - me in France, her in North Wales. I had a problem with my card on line but the lovely team sorted everything out through a telephone call. So lovely to have real people at the end of a telephone when on line options don’t work for whatever reason. And the autumnal bouquet I chose was still going strong a week later bringing pleasure long after the birthday was over!
